Now the worst of the snow over, we have been left with dangerously icy paths and roads. Wearing a good pair of boots in this weather is so important to keep safe. A few weeks ago I went on the hunt for the perfect pair or winter boots, in preparation for the weather. It wasn’t an easy quest, I would say I have tried on 20 + pair of boots with non being just right. But, I found two pairs when I went to Leamington Spa with my Best Friend.
So here is some of the best winter boots I have found over the past few weeks. These will be perfect for the Winter weather to help keep your feet warm and dry.
The boots that I finally settled on were from h&m and turned out to be really afforable. I tried boots on in a whole range of prices from £15 all the way up to £140. But these fell on the cheaper end. At just under £30, I felt these were priced great especially for boots which has a cosy lining! They have been amazing this past week with the snow and the ice, as my feet have been toasty warm, not to mention dry.
The only small complain I have about these boots is the material, due to them being made out of a Suede fabric they arent at waterproof as a waterproof pair. So to protect them I covered the boots in Crep Protect before I even wore them. This gives it a barier that prevents any water that gets onto the material, which would eventually ruin it. The spray has worked great, I might need to give them another layer due to the snow and how wet they have got from the snow.
These were the other pair of boots that I picked up from H&M. They are a basic Chelsea Boot, but they look smarter than the other ones and a bit more classy. So these will be perfect for frosty mornings when the ground isn’t too slippy.
