It is time for the first gift guide of Blogmas, so I decided to kick it of with one of my favourite places to shop, Etsy. This store is a gold mine for unique and homemade products. With sellers across the world, Etsy offers so much variety that you can find pretty much anything. So this was my obvious choice when it came to me looking for ideas for this Gift Guide. I have split them into different categories with items for both men and women. The different categories will make things a little easier to find if you’re after something specific. So here is my Etsy Christmas Gift Guide!
For the Jewellery Lover
The first item on the list is from one of my favourite Etsy sellers which started my love of the store. Alice Ruby has had her studio open for three years now and in that time she has sent over 4700 pieces to over 44 different countries. Her and her sister are incredibly nice people and will answer any queries you may have. They also custom make jewellery that is fit to your needs. She creates jewellery that is solid rose gold, yellow gold and silver. So no matter what, there is jewellery to suit each person.
This gift is perfect for anyone who loves their jewellery or has a few piercings that they want to upgrade the pieces for. One of my favourite pieces from her that isn’t earring related is the Sprig Finger Ring, it is so beautiful especially in Rose Gold! I have my eye on that piece. All items ship in 1-2 weeks so there is just enough time to receive this in time for Christmas. Not to mention the ADORABLE packaging that it comes in!
For The Person Who Adores Stationary
I adore stationary, any pretty notebooks and pens are the key to my heart. This one gift guide suggestion is for anyone who adores this kind of thing. This particular item is from Nikki Strange, an Independent British label based in London. She has a large variety of designs but this constellation book is one of my personal favourites. The designs are quite unique to her work.
For The Wanderlust Explorer
This gift is perfect for those who love to explore and find themselves travelling around the world loads. Overtime passports can get a bit damaged without a cover on them, so what better way to keep them in pristine condition than buying a cover. A personalised passport cover would be as unique as them. I know the struggle of having a name that is never found on those little trinkets in stores. The only way to find my name on things is to get it personalised, it can get annoying at times. But the cool thing is, is that that item is one of a kind so nobody else would have the same item as me.
These have been around for a while now but I still think the concept of it is amazing. You are able to keep track of all of the destinations you have visited across the world in a really visual way. Each map will tell a different story as each person will visit different areas of the world. With this map in particular, there are cities featured on the top layer which means you can scratch out more specific areas.
For The Time Keeper
Sticking with the personalised theme from the last item I stumbled across these lovely watches which make the perfect gift for any male in your life. Whether that be a father, boyfriend, or sibling. This is also perfect for anyone who could do with a watch to keep track of time.
To go with the last gift is another beautiful piece for watch lovers. This contemporary solid oak watch stand is able to display and organise all of the watches in a really classic and timeless way. I believe this is another gift that is able to be personalised so it would go perfectly with the last item. This would look so nice on a dressing table or on the bedside table as all of the favourite watches could be on display all at once.
For The Creative Soul
I think this is such a unique idea! I would love to have a go at this and get into crafting. It makes the perfect gift for any creative individual. Also it would be so fun for parents and children alike to do this fun project together. Everything is provided in the kit, except for scissors so you don’t have to go hunting for items for in the box. Then once this gift is done it makes a perfect item to go on display around the home or for a child to play with.
For The Green Fingered Gardener
This makes the perfect gift set for any serious gardener. With a collection of tools in the set. This includes a copper trowel and fork, plant labels, small scissors, a personalised notebook and many more times. Gift sets can seem impersonal at times as its usually just a body wash, moisturiser and lotion. But this set is more tailored to individuals who adore gardening. Not to mention this is packed in a hand made box with ribbon, so it ready to be given as a gift.
For anyone who likes to have plants around the house theres this little cutie. It is a Cat, mini plant pot. It looks adorable and would match anyone who loves minimal decor. These plant pots are hand-painted and sealed for water protection so it is a really unique gift. It will brighten up any plant lovers day. You can then add a cacti or succulent in there or put their favourite plant so it can be tailored to their tastes.
This has been my Etsy Gift Guide. If you get overwhelmed by everything that Etsy has to offer, or know someone who would have a field day browsing the website then a Gift Card might be a really good option. You choose the amount and then the person gets to pick the item of their choice.
Let me know which item was your favourite from the list!
